DELIVERY

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

We ship our perfumes in 25 countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , United Kingdom, Slovenia, Sweden.

Your order will be processed within 48 hours (except holiday or Sunday).

Deliveries are made via the Post Office.

We offer different delivery options. You can opt for the delivery of your choice when validating your order. You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method you choose and the weight of your products. This cost will be clearly indicated in your order.

Shipping in metropolitan France,

You can choose between

  • Home delivery in COLISSIMO without signature. Your order will be deposited in your mailbox.
  • A home delivery in COLISSIMO with signature. You will have to be present to receive your order. If you are not, the postman will leave a notice in your mailbox inviting you to pick up your packaging at the post office.
  • A delivery in post office or relay. Your order will be sent to the relay point or post office as choosed when ordering. You will be notified by email or SMS of his arrival. The parcel will be at your disposal for 15 days. An ID will be required.

The estimated delivery time is 48H for shipments in France.

Small non voluminous items such as perfume samples or charity postcards will be sent to Metropolitan France, in green letter without follow-up.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Shipping in Europe,

You can choose between two delivery methods

  • A home Delivery in COLISSIMO with signature.
  • A post office or relay package delivery

The estimated delivery time is : 3 to 7 days for the most distant European destinations. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

In case of return of the parcel as a result of an incorrect address or no presentation in the deadlines at the relay points or post offices, the second shipment will be billed at the actual cost, according to the postal rate.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

RETURNS

We accept returns.
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase indicating your order number. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

We will fully examine your request and notify you via email, within one week
If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We can not afford to offer you the return shipping costs. These remain yours. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

The returned items must be in a perfect state of resale, in their original packaging. Any perfume returned without its security seal, (plastic film around the case) can not be refunded or exchanged.

Do not forget to indicate in your request and especially in your return package your order number.

We strongly advise you to keep the proof of deposit stamped by the post office, for any complain concerning your return.

We ask you to take good care of your shipment and to ensure that the product is well set and protected.

We will process your return and make the refund within one week of receiving the products.
